In this role, you will be responsible for executing technical Service missions on AC & DC Drives in end customers sites - in France and abroad. You will be reporting to the local Drives Field Services Manager.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring phone technical assistance,
- Products and systems commissioning in end customers sites,
- On-site expertise and preventive maintenance operations,
- On-site repairs,
- Writing site mission reports,
- Ensuring stand-by for customers with maintenance contracts,
- Promoting drives service portfolio when working in customer sites,
- Complying with OHS rules, be active in improvement plans.
**Your background**:
- At least 2 years of higher education in Electrotechnics,
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support,
- Operational English and fluent French are required,
- Autonomy, availability, accuracy, mobility, reactivity, good customer relationship,
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
