**Field Service Technician M/F/d**:

In this position, you will carry out technical interventions on customer sites for commissioning and/or installation, modernization (revamping), and/or after-sales service in order to contribute to customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the EL Technical Support Manager, you will be involved in : - Internally: with the UPS marketing and sales team, all ABB departments and ABB factories (France and abroad) depending on the sector of activity, - Externally: customer users, subcontractors, partners.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing the interventions (reserve/order necessary equipment, PPE, tools, documentation, etc.).
- Preparing the safety risk analysis for the assignment.
- Writing up the work report and documentation relating to the customer's work, using the IT tools provided.
- Obtaining the customer's signature on site.
- Carrying out installation and commissioning in accordance with the requirements of the order, in particular deadlines.
- Within the framework of annual service contracts, carrying out scheduled checks, determining maintenance requirements and any repairs required.
- In the event of a technical fault, carrying out a technical diagnosis and repair the fault to restore the correct operating mode, in particular by replacing faulty parts or equipment, either by telephone with the customer, or at the customer's premises, in accordance with the requirements of the assignment order, in particular deadlines.
- Within the framework of the activities described above, paying particular attention to customer needs in a proactive way, in order to contribute to the activity's collective sales objective.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 2 years' higher education or equivalent in electronics, electrical engineering, CIRA, industrial IT or industrial mechanics and automation.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar field (technical in power electronics).
- Fluent French and English (read, written) required.
- No obstacles to travel (in France and abroad).
- Autonomous, results-oriented, customer-oriented, commercial sense.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
