WHAT DOES A PLANNING AND MATERIAL PROJECT LEADER DO?In this role you will lead different key projects for the growth of our brands.Work closely with suppliers, packaging development, procurement and material team.Change management with our suppliers but also with our internal teams will be crucial.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will be a collaborative business partner who is able to work in a fast-moving environment.Planning skills and mindset, problem solving, and critical thinking are keyYou will put Customer needs at the heart of every of your actions.**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Integrate a project to develop our range of products
- Coordinate replenishment for all of our categories
- Communicate the forecast and manage stock level for each supplier
- Be the main contact for planning, procurement and packaging development team
- Integrate a project to implement an ERP (planning and replenishment scope)
- Set up our materials, resources and planning strategy
- Take part to the trial sessions
- Create procedures and train employees
- Provide reporting and manage key performance indicators
- Not restrictive tasks
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain
- First experience in supply chain
- PERSONAL QUALITIES- Organisation, rigor
- Analysis and synthesis capacities
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork
- OTHER- English (read and written)
- Good level in pack office (especially Excel)
- Already use an ERP (SAP preferably)
