**The Data Team**

The Data Team is responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of the Data Platform which serves internal and external stakeholders (clients, final users, and internal users). It defines the data strategy and vision to help the whole company be data-driven.

The team is composed of 6 people, which are fully integrated into the Engineering team. It helps to align with software engineering and compliance requirements, which is paramount as we are dealing with highly sensitive data.

Plus, the internal customers (and their needs) are numerous: product, support, marketing, finance, business, operations, C-Levels, etc.

**Your missions as a Head of Data**
- Nurture a motivating environment and processes for collaboration within the team in a modern data stack ;
- Work on the cross-team management framework within the organisation ;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company to understand their data needs and priorities, ensuring that the Data team is delivering on the right initiatives ;
- Ensure overall coherence and quality of data development experience ;
- Review and advise on strategic technical decisions to establish best practices for data visualization, modeling, and analysis, ensuring that insights are easily accessible and actionable for stakeholders ;
- Ensure a good technical watch Engineering-wide, share useful information, new piece of tech, framework that can make our products better ;
- Direct Management of the leads and individual contributors: 1:1’s, perf reviews, feedbacks, career planning, promotions and coaching.

**Our Hiring Process**

- Workshop technical test on site with 3 members of the team and then meeting with the whole team to get to know each other ;
- Interview with 2 Comex members (optional) ;
- Reference check.
