**On a daily basis, you will**:
- Manage client projects: Take charge of pilot project management, ensuring smooth execution while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients: Work closely with clients to define compliance of our deliverables with Statements of Work (SOW), managing timebox, quality, and deployment. Your job starts when the deal is signed
- Prepare client meetings (steering committee, tech committee ): Prepare detailed briefs, agendas, and lead meetings with clear action plans.
- Define and manage our project tools and methodology: set up JIRA or any other relevant tool to handle ticket management and project tracking, ensuring efficient task coordination.
- Produce documentation for the project management and delivery: documentation for internal use and for clients. We expect you to structure our project documentation as we industrialize our way of working.
- Additionally: understand our technical products: You will need to understand our post-quantum cryptography solutions in the specific environment of clients.
**Requirements**:
**The skills you’ll need**:
- Significant experience: 5+ years in technical project management or delivery management, preferably in the field of cybersecurity.
- Technical knowledge and deployment experience: A strong understanding of technological and cryptographic solutions is essential (experience in post-quantum cryptography is a plus). Prior experience in deploying complex technical projects with clients is crucial due to the complex environments in which our solutions are implemented.
- JIRA expertise: Proven experience in using JIRA for ticketing and project management.
- Project management skills: Ability to manage projects from end to end autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with high-level clients in both French and English.
**The team you’ll be joining**:
You will join CryptoNext Security’s project team. Initially, your focus will be on managing client projects and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions. As you become comfortable in the role, you may take on a more strategic position in the creation and supervision of the Professional Services team, a key stage that can happen once you are fully onboarded.
**Our recruitment process**:
- Phone interview with our HR team for an initial contact.
- Technical interview with our head of R&D, to assess your understanding of the technical solutions we provide, as well as your client project management skills. The focus will be on your ability to quickly adapt to the cryptographic products we develop.
- Final interview with our C-Level team to evaluate your fit with CryptoNext’s culture and discuss the terms of the role.
