Project Manager

**Sweep is hiring an innovative and passionate **Project Manager** to help our customers along their climate journey using our SaaS tool and ensure that projects are delivered successfully.**: **Ideally, you're based in Paris or London.**: Climate change is the defining issue of our time. What will I be doing?**: As part of the Success Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and shaping projects from inception to implementation: define project methodology, timelines, resources, communications plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies. You will actively participate in the project, delivery methodology, scoping, contracts review, knowledge transfer, budgeting and managing customer relationships. This involves guiding our internal teams, both non technical and technical consultants, and managing relationships, deliverables and outcomes. To be more specific, this includes: **1. Manage large and complex projects** - Plan and implement our client projects, from feasibility assessment of potential projects to the successful execution / Go-Live Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including our delivery, CSM and engineering team as well as external partners and ensure that project goals are met - Make sure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables to the clients - Manage project documentation, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to ensure that the project is successful and ensure high satisfaction level by working closely with our CSM team. - The success metrics in this role will include project margin and utilization. **2. Sales / Pre-Sales Activities** - Support the Sales team with "selling" projects to our customers - Scope projects and write/review SOWs (Statements of Work) based on the training & services catalog Sweep offers working closely with our Sales Engineers - Support our Sales team on RFPs **3. Help b & improve our Services Catalog** - Help improve the Sweep "trainings & services catalog" (implementation, carbon consultancy & data integration services) to make sure our customers get the best offer possible - Continuously update our offer based on learnings from projects and feedback from our customers Be proactive in proposing changes and improvements - Connect the dots to our partner enablement to identify services that we could involve our implementation partners for **That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?**: Glad you asked. This is who we're looking for: **Qualifications** - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience. - PgMP or PMP Certification. Agile Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SA) will be a plus.. - 5 years of experience with 3+ years experience in managing projects in a Saas environment. - Knowledge of carbon accounting and the GHG Protocol is a clear plus - Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule. - Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills. - Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring teams of junior team members and effectively managing client escalations. - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. **Qualities** - Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support complex engagements - Able to interact with various levels of an organization - Analyze customer issues, articulate comprehensive solutions, and craft a plan of action - Ability to earn the trust of the customer and live the company's core values **Copy that.
