Role Contribute to the successful implementation of concurrent enterprise wide Enablon software solutions in compliance with the industry best practices and processes. The Team is dedicated to design, develop and maintain Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons, which are developed with the goal of more efficient and effective client implementation of all ORM & EHS modules. You will act as a reference point on the Enablon EHS and ORM solution, guiding the work solution delivery teams (internal & external) and customers to provide the best solution, within scope and budget, for the client. You will also act as a resource to Sales, Pre-sales & Solution Architects during sales pursuits and Proof-of-Concept efforts. In this capacity, they will provide expertise on the Enablon solution to determine feasibility and fit for a customers’ or prospective customers’ needs. Your Responsibilities- Responsible for the requirements gathering and elicitation translating this into the functional design document- Lead in design sessions and workshops, participates in relevant project meetings during the design phase and knowledge transfer with various other project stakeholders, internal and external.- Documentation and transition to support of the solution, either directly or through delegation to other analysts or partners.- Participate in estimation of effort for new projects or change requests (configuration assessment / VOR)- Work closely with the Subject Matter Expert team to define exact domain requirements- Conduct gap analysis and/or study business processes of a customer- Create stories that describe the functional (features) and non-functional scope (performance, security and other expectations) of a customer project- Act as a point of reference for the Implementation Squad to translate the functional and business requirements into stories. Support implementation of user stories in the course off the project by explaining their business context and proposed solution to the team- Conduct client demos by demonstrating interim and/or final result of work- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management- Implement new features and recommendations with customers and partners, ensuring an optimal use of the software- Provides feedback from a customer to product teams contributing into development of new features and modules About you- Bachelor/master's degree- - Experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst in GRC, ESG, ORM, EHS or risk management.- Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles/software implementation- English both written and oral- Self-motivated and directed, initiative, collaborative, a strong motivator and team player, result and goal oriented- Naturally persuasive, able to negotiate and solve problems- Demonstrate great attention to detail while still articulating the "big picture”.- Work collaboratively and effectively with diverse, multi-stakeholder groups.- Excel at operating in a fast-paced and changing environment, remaining focused on results and goals.
