Last minute news: we have just united Swile & Bimpli under the same flag. To cut a long story short, Bimpli is a leading player in employee services and benefits, specializing in meal vouchers, gift vouchers, CESU, pot and CSE platform. More than 300 Bimpli employees are joining us to continue this crazy adventure which is to re-enchant everyday life and support the development of employee's work experience all around the world.

**Your future position**:

- Your future missions will be focus on:

- Design and deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences & talent processes that support business outcomes and employees’ careers
- Bring innovation and creativity into our learning and development approach and continuously improve L&D programs within swile employee experience
- Enable our Managers/leaders to develop themselves and their teams thanks to a comprehensive leadership program that encompasses people processes and manager behaviours expected at Swile

- Design, roll out and animation of innovative L&D experiences to help Swile become a sustainable learning organization
- Seniority to attend leadership and management populations
- Agility to design and execute in a fast-moving and international environment: Find balance between coherence (capacity to scale) and local needs (No “One size fits all”)

- Expertise/Experience in designing, rolling out and animating L&D experiences in dynamic environment
- Contribution in instilling a L&D mindset at all level of the company
- Contribution in the upskilling of people dev team (and more globally people team) in L&D expertise and practices
- Collaboration and partnering with people partners and proximity to local needs

**Your future team / stakeholders**:

- Integrate the people development team, Marie & Célia
- Report to People’s development director, Joséphine
- **Key stakeholders**:

- People Core Team, Sébastien and People Ops Team, Thibaut
- Interact with People dev team
- People Partners Team, Astrid (France) & Diogo (Brazil)
- Exec, Leadership teams, managers
- Partner with CSR and brand team

**What to expect over 1 year**:

- **Expectations (3 months)**:

- Meet your team and key stakeholders
- Share a fresh-eyes report on L&D activities, and propose your first insights and action plans for talent and development programs
- Smoothly take over the lead on the management and leadership journey for France and Brazil
- **Expectations (6 months)**:

- Design the next steps of the management and leadership journey and prepare roll out with key stakeholders
- Improve and animate our development framework and career philosophy
- Support and animate the integration with Bimpli on L&D programs
- **Expectations (12 months and more)**:

- Iterate on our development framework and career philosophy to adjust according to business strategy and needs
- Prepare the future (geographical expansion, international mobility )

**✨It will be a perfect match if you have...**:

- 8+ years’ experience in an international environment (Experience in Latam is a +)
- Good mastery on Learning & development programs, with focus on leadership and management and talent management programs
- Capacity to lead L&D projects but also produce learning content (e-learnings, curations, supports )
- Creativity and innovation “with limited resources”
- Agility to deliver short term urgencies and long term objectives
- Employee-centric approach
