**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**

Under the leadership of the Director People Operations, and dotted line to the Business Partners, the Senior People Operations Manager owns full employee experience for France.
- Responsible for ensuring the day to day People functions are performed in accordance with policies and procedures and People best practice
- Be the go to senior point of contact and/or escalation for our General Managers and employees in France
- Provide direct advice and guidance to employees and local managers on local People policies, procedures and legislations
- Own operational processes and responsible for setting the standards and direction of HR operation
- Implementation and execution on changes, company policies and local employees’ benefits (and payroll until centralised)
- Be able to handle operational tasks including (but not limited to): Contract generation, on/off boarding, performance related topics, compliance and all necessary administration in alignment with central processes
- You will be working closely with other Senior People Ops Managers and you will support 1+ People Ops Associates and/or working students/interns so experience or a desire to lead, develop, and support junior team members with their personal and professional growth, is key
- Deliver and participate in the development of key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including but not limited to L&D, benefits, feedback culture, etc
- Act as the point of contact for questions concerning labour law in collaboration with our legal department
- Manage work councils within the region[s] where applicable
- Build and constantly improve existing People Operations processes
- Support recruiting processes with the local teams if needed

**YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You are a strong people and team leader with at least 5+ years of experience in People roles (HRBP or People Ops lead role
- You have strong project management and analytical skills
- You have an ability to move from strategic thinking to granular analysis
- you like to find pragmatic solutions to problems
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
- You have a ‘get things done’ mentality and passion for people
- Expertise in labour law and administrative HR/People topics in France
- Eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organisation
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Excited to build-up People Excellence both centrally and regional
- Have the ability to lead global projects from inception to operation
