**Description**

1 - Process owner of SD4 (customer contract management) for BrBU
- Deployment, improvement, and control of above process.
- Integration of above process into Hitachi Astemo Global Quality Operating System.
- Improvement, deployment and support of related tools (e.g. SAP, HiSmart, CI, I Sign, ) within BrBU.

2 - Management of Sales Administration projects.
- Management and/or support of Sales Administration process improvement and harmonization.
- Management of a Key User Network dedicated to SAP SD module support.

3 - Support to acquisition management
- Ensure that HiSmart is properly filled in (acquisition pipeline tracking tool).
- Support monthly acquisition review with a specific preparation focused on key programs.
