**LOCATION & REPORT**

- Reporting to TLC Innovation Renovation Platform Director

**MAIN DUTIES**

Within the TLC Global Innovation Renovation Brand Team, you will recommend, contribute to design and implement the strategy of the Laughing Cow at a worldwide level on:

- Core round boxes (incl. productivity projects)
- Kids Dips Platform (Cheese Dippers)
- Cubes

to deliver TLC topline & bottom line growth, aligned with the brand 5-year strategic planning.

You are also responsible for setting up the conditions to ensure an unconditional collaboration with the internal & external ecosystem. For instance, you will share best practices, tools and processes ensuring effective marketing actions with countries, sharing the benchmarks to promote change and innovation.

**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Build clear and robust roadmaps within your scope to feed into the brand's 5-year strategy.**
- Conduct a holistic diagnosis, including P&L, to build a clear vision of the main business opportunities and challenges within your scope.
- Identify and validate the priority strategic innovation & renovation axes.

**Manage and lead innovation projects for the LVQR brand in a multi-country framework, integrating different and challenging market realities**:

- Lead ideation processes when relevant to feed projects into these strategic axes.
- Define the project outlines and build, adjust, or update the associated business cases (project potential, financial hypotheses).
- Brief and support the R&D teams in the development of products and packaging.
- Implement, in collaboration with the SI teams, the necessary consumer studies for the proper conduct of the projects, analyze, recommend, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and finalize the product mix, align the launch strategy, develop the packaging design as well as the associated launch campaign.
- Organize communications, prepare and present topics for validation through the relevant governance: CODEV, COPIL, etc.
- Monitor the launched innovation projects.

**Lead renovation projects**:

- Identify opportunities for product renovation (optimize the profitability, organoleptic, nutritional, or functional performance of our products) by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic renovation plans to enhance product performance and meet market demands. Oversee the entire renovation process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (R&D, Finance, AM, local marketing teams) to ensure project feasibility and effectiveness.
- Manage renovation project budgets, including cost analysis and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate product testing and validation to meet quality and performance standards. Gather and analyze consumer feedback to guide renovation efforts and align with preferences.
- Monitor post-launch performance of renovated products, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain competitive advantage.
- Fuel the risk assessment of our portfolio and recommend the relevant renovation projects.

**Team management (3 persons)**:

- Assign new missions contributing to team members’ upskilling.
- Provide regular feedback on performance and identify room for improvement.
- Coach your team members on addressing their weaknesses and growing their strengths.
- Build robust Individual Development Plan with trainings along the year.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Required diploma and/or level of professional experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience and / or R&D - Ops strategic roles
- Proven track record on Brand Innovation/Renovation development & teams management
- Experience in local cluster brand development.
- Required soft skills, business / technical knowhow to perform in the job:
