We are looking for a **Lead Information Management** professional for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Nanterre, France (on-site)**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Contract Duration: 6-12 months**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Engineering background with proven experience in EPC project environments (ability to read P&IDs is an asset).
- Strong affinity for data management, including handling large datasets and working with technical databases.
- Previous experience in a similar Information Management or data coordination leadership role.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate project-wide Information Management activities in compliance with established procedures and contractual obligations.
- Ensure vendors and subcontractors understand and adhere to data requirements, including tagging, data validation, and registry structure.
- Participate in bid reviews to verify inclusion of data management requirements and conduct awareness sessions with requisition leads when needed.
- Attend clarification meetings with vendors/subcontractors to support understanding of information expectations.
- Oversee the population and maintenance of tag and property registers, ensuring accuracy and consistency with P&IDs and other deliverables.
- Validate key technical documents (e.g., datasheets) for completeness and reliability of tag/model/serial information.
- Coordinate with discipline leads and equipment requisition owners to support the review and validation of submitted data.
- Track vendor/subcontractor submissions, manage clarifications, and perform follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Produce regular reports on data quality and progress across all registries.
- Lead the consolidation and integration of mature registries into the central project database.
- Ensure adherence to the project's Information Management Plan and Information Quality Management Framework.

Quality & Compliance:

- Deliverables must meet technical and editorial quality standards, aligning with project procedures and graphical presentation guidelines.
- Project Methodology & Governance:

- Adherence to project procedures, best practices, and applicable Quality Assurance processes is mandatory.
- Key references include the Information Management Plan and Information Quality Management Framework.
