Retail Projects**2. Ambassador Community animation & Zone support** - Monthly Newsletter creation & implementation of best practices throughout the network. - Regional retail seminar support and animation, both in person and digitally. - Animation and motivation of the worldwide FJ&T ambassador community through a large number of touch points.Best practice sharing through constant contact with zones to drive business development.**3. CRM** - Business development through a fruitful collaboration with the CRM and Event team. - Development, Implementation & Follow up of all CRM initiatives, including event calendar, calling campaigns, gifting offer etc.Support zones in definition & implementation of regional CRM plan by setting a clear client target for each action and analyzing result to propose improvements.**4. Training** - Collaboration as key Business Partner for the development and implementation on all training programs on both product and selling skills trainings.Priority definition based on business context to drive sales through targeted training actions.**5. Business Analysis** - **Guide CRM analysis**2 times per year in collaboration with the data team to find key insights to drive the FJ&T business. - **Lead SA analysis**to understand global impact of CRM & training Actions. **6.
