**Main Purpose**:
- To support the development and growth of profitable new business
- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships
- Coordinate with the Business Development Team
- Ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive new business development for the Project Management Vertical
- Identify and segment potential market segments
- Generate revenue through new account development and key account management
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Develop relevant business proposals and present them to potential clients
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals
- Pay attention to detail and ensure timely submissions
- Review and respond to RFPs
- Provide regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders
**Accountabilities**:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy
- Support management and corporate decision-making to maximize profitability in the short, medium, and long term
- Ensure proposals are delivered in line with organizational strategy
- Develop, review, and report on business development activities, ensuring strategic objectives are understood and executed
- Coordinate and collaborate with the PMC team
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
- Experience with established firms of similar nature
- Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey processes
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development
