**About Transfer**
Join product and design leaders in developing the future of WeTransfer.
The Transfer product team is responsible for building on the success of our widely beloved file delivery service used by hundreds of millions of people each year. Our unique business combines a productivity tool with an award-winning advertising platform showcasing highly designed promotional wallpapers developed in-house by a dedicated studio.
You’ll be joining the team at an exciting stage of new development as we build the next evolution of our service. The Transfer product is the highest impact product for our business.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes designers, engineers, product managers, data analysts, and more. Our goal is to collaborate with teams across the company to create the future of WeTransfer that stays true to our mantra “beautifully obvious.”
**You will**:
- Design flows and features for the flagship WeTransfer product across web and mobile. Bonus if you have meaningful experience with specific native platforms (iOS/Android).
- Collaborate with design managers, product managers, and user researchers to understand the user goals and technical constraints that shape our product. Synthesize these inputs to design elegant, intuitive solutions for our users.
- Work with product managers to frame the problem, test your assumptions, launch and measure your success.
- Partner with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high quality, accessible software for our global user base.
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and your broader product pod.
**About you**:
- You have a portfolio that displays a knack for understanding customer needs and crafting elegant interfaces. Your designs are impactful and high-quality.
- Have an inquisitive attitude. Your work’s details are important to you, and you never feel “done” learning the craft.
- You regularly and reliably execute well-defined tasks and consistently achieve project goals.
- You're skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to stakeholders and look for feedback to help you produce your best work.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant design experience. Ideally, 2 or more of those were spent at a product-driven tech company.

**A note on remote**
