The See here for more information about the **Your role** As an Identity and Access Management Officer, under the general responsibility of the head of Infrastructure Services, you will ensure the smooth operation of the ICT systems by participating in resolving issues and in the modernisation of the IT Infrastructure. Your tasks will include: implementing functional requirements, continuous integration, and automated testing for the Identity and Access Governance (IAG) project; **Our work is carried by our values** assisting in solution integration and deployment, especially in remediation and recertification; transferring skills to outsourced support ("left shifting") and handling level 3 support requests; maintaining IAG solutions and ensuring the coherence of the identity and access framework; rationalising identity governance processes; supporting daily identity management operations, including organisational changes and service implementation within the CoE IAG. In addition, your role also encompasses a variety of tasks regardless of your specific area of expertise, which are the following: ensuring ICT system consistency through installation, configuration, testing, support, optimisation, and modernisation; assisting system end-users and adapting systems based on modification requests; providing advice, resolving maintenance issues, analysing user problems, and prioritising them; conducting preventive monitoring to avoid system failures, evaluating potential issues, developing regular operational reports, and suggesting process improvements; contributing to opportunity evaluations, project analyses, and developing transition plans and documentation; helping to maintain a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) during system maintenance; reporting activity status, progress, and any issues to your supervisor; monitoring technological developments in your areas of expertise. **What we are looking for** You must: hold a completed full course of general secondary education and appropriate professional qualifications, such as a university diploma of technology (DUT) or equivalent in the field of Information Technology. A higher diploma in a relevant field would be an advantage; have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the field of development of Information Technology solutions; have a very good knowledge of one of the knowledge of the other (English/French); be a citizen of one of the member States of the service of that state; have discharged any obligation concerning national service (military, civil or comparable); not be the parent, child, stepchild, or grandchild of a serving staff member of the be under the age of 65 years.
