We are looking for one** Systems administrator for CCTV, access control systems** (with CISSP or another Sec-certificate) **for STRASBOURG (100% on-site) with EU-passport to start a 2x 1-year** contract (extensions possible) for a famous **EU-agency-client. Start date**:in 2-3 months or earlier when you have an existing EU-Security-clearance. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Job Description is "general", as often in our business, where we will learn about the specific focus of the role in the VC interview. **TASKS** - **IT systems administration for Security systems (ie Physical Access Control Systems for persons, vehicles, objects and CCTV/Camera Surveillance Systems**, Hypervision etc ) - Support the Agency's Information Security Officers in the management of information security and business continuity across organizational business processes and information systems; - Develop security controls in the context of the agency's information security framework. - Design security controls in accordance with agency information security policies and standards; - Attend dedicated trainings as to master the security systems. Such would require the CCTV System training/Access System Training/Hypervision System training and all related trainings as to perform the works required **The job requires an IT systems administration person but also someone able to audit the systems at the same time and implement or follow up with security policies.** You will be involved with: 1. IT Infrastructure Management - System Monitoring and Maintenance: - Capacity Planning: - System Upgrades and Patch Management: - Data analysis and generate report per Agency requirements. - **Perform initial investigation and/or troubleshooting of the system and network issues for troubleshooting purposes.** 2. Security and Compliance Management - Security Enforcement: - Incident Response: - Compliance and Audits: - Data Backup and Disaster Recovery: **3. System Administration Oversight** - **Server Management**: - **Network Administration**: - **Database Management**: - **Monitor/troubleshoot/manage the security system for the customer's security operation center**: - **Perform daily system health checks, proactively monitor system health status.**: - **Support and troubleshoot software issues, including access control, CCTV, alarm, visitor management, and any other systems under contract.** 4. Documentation and Reporting - System Documentation: - Regular state of play and Incident Reporting - Performance Reporting: The above relates to the site security systems, whether it comes to Access Control System, CCTV System,. **SKILLS** - Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school. - Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience, of which - Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Information Security Management. - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar. - Relevant standards and good practice in information security management; **Security Requirements** - SECRET EU/EU SECRET: The profile owner shall possess a Personnel Security Clearance for accessing EU Classified Information, at least for level EU SECRET. - Declaration of confidentiality and protection of the information system and of non-conflict of interest document will be signed by the selected person at latest at the starting date (preferably to be submitted together with the criminal record and the copy of national ID document). **BACKGROUND** - Our client is an** international organisation** and a great reference in any CV English speaking environment. - **This role will be 100% onsite**: - **This is a real long-term contract with**possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability (initial 220 day contract, where 2x 220 day extensions are foreseen). - **EU nationals ONLY** (due to the "EU" security certifications required). We can't accept any longer UK-consultants, as long they don't have EU-security-clearance or another EU-citizenship (Please note, after Brexit the UK-consultants can't get any longer "EU" security clearances, which is mandatory for this position). - The applicants attention is drawn to the important role that the curriculum vitae plays in the evaluation.
