Echoes is the European Leader for providing neutral server and specific web products serving B2B customer and fleet industry in the Short Rental, Leasing and Mobility Operators sectors. The Echoes solution and products are based on a unique technology for collecting data directly from the embedded telematics technology by the OEMs. Collected data are harmonized and exposed to the B2B customers via API or through products dedicated to specific needs and use cases.

Echoes is offering Vehicle Data as a Service to B2B customers willing to use the data of their vehicles, for the time needed and with the flexibility required to build efficient and relevant business case.

2023 has been a fantastic year for Echoes to establish strong partnership across Europe, launch international customers in different countries, and increase market shares in Rental and Leasing markets.

Early 2024, Echoes merged with Moving Intelligence, a Dutch company leader in its markets providing top class tracking and security solutions for assets.

As a group, the objective is to become European leader in Telematics and Connected vehicles solutions within 5 years.

Our customer base is growing across Europe and we need to be make sure we pay attention to all of them and strengthen the client relationship to maintain long-term lasting partnership.

The success of Echoes will also come for the recurring business form existing customer and the new opportunities we will develop with them.

To help in this ambition, we’re looking for a dedicated and personable key account manager to maintain important and international client accounts and serve as our main point of contact.

In line with sales strategy and sales targets, the key account manager will be responsible for sales growth and profitability for the designated key strategic accounts in a given area and grow the business in both products and services.

He / She proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customers in conjunction with Account and Program Managers. This position provides a management-level point of contact for key customers and builds and maintains strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

Minimum requirements:

- Proven and solid experience in Sales / Account Management preferably in a B2B market
- Know how to build trust & actively support the achievement of common goals across teams.
- Good understanding of the challenges selling SAAS solution
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills coupled with technical knowledge in the telematics technology, software development, automotive and other related applicable markets
- 5 or more year experience within similar industry in Europe
- Result oriented, you have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial, pricing and legal key drivers
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation skills
- Can be direct as well as diplomatic during negotiations and demonstrate a good sense of timing.
- Autonomous but also strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, mother tongue and English
- Ability and willingness to work in international and fast growin environment.
