**Director Human Resources - International (M/F/d)**

We are looking for a Strategic People/HR Director to lead our International People Team.

The strategic focus of this role is to align the people and culture strategies with the business's growth objectives.

This role will interface effectively with the US HR leaders/teams and partner closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to provide solution-oriented support to senior leaders and their teams in a time of high growth and transformation. A global and inclusive mindset will be a critical focus of this position.

**Your future tasks**:

- You will manage and lead our International HR team to provide proactive and practical solutions and advices to employees, managers, and leaders in all HR topics
- You will consult our managers as well as employees to address root causes of human resources and employee relations challenges and help building and driving a culture of employee engagement to improve workforce performance and efficiency.
- You will effectively use data analysis and sensing activities to identify themes and make proactive recommendations for improvement
- You will also participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, e.g., Diversity and Inclusion, salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational changes as well as contribute to the organization’s emerging strategies concerning recruitment and retention
- You will be partnering with legal and outside counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance of all actions taken
- You will collaborate with our communication team in order to ensure effective communication and education of all HR programs and initiatives.

**This is what you should bring with you**:

- In your previous experiences you have demonstrated the ability to serve as a successful member of a business management team that provides company leadership and direction, preferably in an international environment
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience in employment law, employee relations, compensation, organization planning and development, training & development, ideally in different European countries
- Your excellent organizational,change-management and coaching skills give you the ability to quickly build sustainable relationships with a range of partners on all levels of the organization
- You are fluent in both French and English, have a high level of cultural sensitivity and are able to be a link between different cultures e.g. US and Europe, with the ability to clearly articulate and help bridge differences
- Demonstrable experience in delivering within a matrix organization and a performance management culture and have stable experience in working with Work Councils
- You are able to travel 20% of your time to other locations across Europe, Dubai, and the U.S. and have the flexibility to handle different time zones
