**Role**
As our Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR functions for CyberVadis at the global level. You will develop the HR strategy in line with the company vision and values and provide premium support to both leadership and staff members in order to offer the best employee experience in a diverse and inclusive workplace. With your team you will also accompany the company's growth in terms of hiring, development and processes/policies.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Manage CyberVadis international HR team (3 team members to start with)
Work closely with the Leadership team, to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll & administration, performance management, labor relations, health & safety and supports employees' and manager’s queries.
Conduct with your team successful recruitments and onboarding of the new employees in a fast growing company
Measure and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Closely collaborate with managers to assess training needs and provide solutions in employee development and career management
Be the business partner of managers, guiding and coaching them on all HR and organizational topics
Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Comply with local legal requirements in the different regions where we operate
**Qualifications**
We're looking for an HR Director driven by employee enablement, who can be hands-on and a strategic business partner. At CyberVadis you will bring:
10 years+ of HR / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company
Experience Managing HR function and an HR team
Experience in international environments
Right mix of strategic thinking and hands-on capability
Fluency in English is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment - to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Autonomy, ownership, agility
Location: Ile-de-France + Work from home flexibility
