We are currently looking for an **Accountant** for our France Finance team. This position is responsible for the month/quarter end closing, account reconciliations/full cycle accounting and reporting in support of several operations within the corporate divisions. This is a **Hybrid** role reporting to the **Finance Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the monthly and quarterly closing process (accruals, prepaid, taxes) as it relates to all entries for all French companies
- Monthly B/S accounts Reconciliations
- Monthly VAT calculation and filling and DEB/DES fillings
- Annual DAS 2 preparation and filling
- CVAE/CFE controls
- IC transactions control and reconciliation
- Responsible for bank daily entries
- Payroll entries including vacation accruals
- Responsible for fixed assets depreciation follow-up and booking
- Assist in integration when needed
- Office management for the French office
- In charge of suppliers’ relationship
- Assist in double accounting to ensure local accounts are duly prepared and filled-in

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Business degree or diploma & Accounting designation will be an asset
- 5 - 10 years of accounting experience in multi-currency, multi-entity consolidated environment, preferably in the software industry
- Experience with Great Plains is a plus
- Experience in SaaS or Software industry is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of general financial and management accounting principles and practices, automated accounting systems, reconciliations
- Native French speaker
- Strong command of the English language a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
