Nous cherchons pour un **Tech lead PHP H/F** pour un client dans l**’Enseignement Supérieur** en **CDI** pour un poste à **La Défense (92).**

**CONTEXTE**:
Le Systèmes d’Information simplifie, optimise et sécurise les processus de gestion interne et des fonctions support. Dans ce cadre le Tech Lead a pour mission de prendre en charge la réussite du développement technique des projets.

Vous êtes garant de la réussite du développement technique des projets avec le responsable de projets, vous avez en charge de définir la répartition des tâches et de fédérer l’équipe pour répondre aux attentes des différents métiers.

**VOS MISSIONS**:
En tant que Tech lead, vous accompagnez les équipes de développement, vous prenez en main les activités de conception, architecture technique et suivi de réalisation logicielle.
- Répartir des projets et des tâches dans l’équipe,
- Participer aux comités de pilotage,
- Participer aux choix stratégiques techniques,
- Garantir la qualité technique et de développement des fonctionnalités
- Réaliser les revues de code
- Mettre en place des normes de développement et des bonnes pratiques PHP
- Identifier les évolutions associées améliorant l’efficacité ou la productivité
- Porter la démarche d’amélioration continue associée
- Participer aux développements et à l’implémentation des solutions
- Concevoir et mettre en place des solutions
- Faire évoluer les solutions

- PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
