**Ce qui vous attend**
Au sein de l’équipe, vous serez amené(e), en qualité de Technical Account Manager, à être l’interface privilégiée du client pour tous les sujets de production et à coordonner les équipes techniques.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Être l’interlocuteur opérationnel privilégié du client, en charge du bon déroulement de la prestation,
- Centraliser les indicateurs pour le client (convention de service, SLA, tableaux de bord opérationnels),
- Assurer le suivi de tous les sujets de production (Incident, gestion de crise, demandes d’information, changements, anomalies, correctifs etc.),
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la publication des RCA,
- Faire le suivi des anomalies et des correctifs,
- Piloter le déploiement des évolutions techniques,
- Être conseil et force de proposition sur les aspects techniques,
- Préparer et animer les comités (pilotage, production, suivi opérationnel),
- Contribuer au foisonnement commercial en apportant une caution technique.
**Ce que vous pouvez apporter**
Idéalement, vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’une formation universitaire équivalente (BAC+5) et vous présentez une expérience réussie en relation client B2B dans le domaine IT.
- Si vous maitrisez le contexte de production,
- Si vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit,
- Si vous êtes autonome, synthétique et réactif(ve),
- Si vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel,
