**The opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a **VP, Global IT Governance and Planning** who will support the Global CIO and the Senior Leadership Team in the transformation journey towards a more Global and Innovative Tech function. You will lead the related projects and initiatives to achieve this ambition. In addition, you will setup and will chair the framework to govern the new model in its own evolutions.

As a member of our Global IT Leadership team, reporting directly to the Global CIO, you will share the responsibility to drive growth and profitability via the definition of new organizational and operating models and governance frameworks.

The goal is to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company to facilitate the success of our business.

In this role, you will allow the achievement of savings and costs avoidance, the improvement in time to market in the release of new platforms and their related features, and the improvement of service level vs. decentralized regional operations.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**STRATEGY**
- Support the Global CIO in developing and detailing opportunities towards a more Globalized and Innovative Sephora tech team, via the definition of operating and organizational models’ options and related value and the continuous involvement and contribution of the business and IT regional teams.
- Lead the definition of new governance processes and frameworks that - without slowing down the agility and the speed of the operations - will allow to extract more value from investment in digital and IT technology, avoiding duplication and facilitating sharing. Chair the implementation of the model.
- Own the plan of the overall IT key initiatives and the related link with the business Strategic Plan and Budget, collaborating on this with the Finance department.
- Identify opportunities to switch sourcing models from customer-vendor relationships to partnership ones where more value extraction can be achieved.

**OPERATIONS & PROCESSES**
- Lead the operational projects linked to the definition and the implementation of new organizational and operating models ensuring the coherence with the overall transformational goals of a more Globalized and Innovative Sephora Tech Team and the achievements of the defined goals in terms of time, budget, and value.
- Ensure that key initiatives in the global and regional portfolio have the proper governance structure and mechanisms both at business and at tech level to maximize the ability to deliver the expected value and meet the time and budget constraints.
- Ensure that the portfolio of Digital and Tech initiatives is coherent with overall Globalization and Innovation goals and with the business priorities at Sephora Global and Regional level.
- Benchmark best practices, progressive models, financial indicators on Tech investment and spending among Sephora regions, within LVMH Group and within external companies and organizations to identify opportunities to improve.

**TEAMS**
- Actively collaborate with the Global CIO and his Global team and continuously involve the Regional IT teams to identify opportunities to create value thru new working models.
- Actively involve all the needed stakeholders in the evaluation of the options to land towards optimal solutions.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams in the definition of new organizational models and in identification of value in new operating models.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Business or Engineering school or university equivalent, with a solid experience of at least 10 years in relevant consultancy firms or digital/tech department of global complex organizations.
- Multiple experiences in digital/tech domains spanning from CIO and Office of the CIO roles to Strategy and Architecture, to Program Management, to Demand, Design and Delivery.
- Good understanding of organizational and operating model design principles and of business case definition and evaluation.
