**If you wish to gain experience within an international group, that is one of the main companies in the Wind Power Industry and oriented towards respect for the environment, this job is for you Does the opportunity tempt you?** **Join vestas as Project Engineer** **With equal skills, this position is open to workers with disabilities.** **EVP MED > SBU MED Service > Customer Support Management France** The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, invoicing) and the preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Service Contract Engineer who will work within the CustoZmer Support unit and organize a portfolio of clients under contract and to ensure coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams, with the main goal of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. **Responsibilities** You will have the following responsibilities: - Develop the customers portfolio while developing relationships by actively participating in customer satisfaction. - Promote and sells parts and services required for maintenance. - Build and promote offers to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts. - Ensure inter-department coordination within the Vestas Group to resolve customer issues. - Participate in the interaction between the maintenance, logistics, technology, construction department and sales operations teams. - Ensure the financial monitoring of contracts in relation to our administrative and financial support department. - Application, follow-up and respect QSE rules of the Group. **Qualifications** - Industrial Engineer Diploma or Business School. - Will be required to demonstrate commercial/sales management and good commercials skills. - Proficient in French and English and Pack Office. - Experience in wind/renewable energy desired and, or in accounts receivable management Work experience in a multinational environment is highly appreciated. **Competencies** - We are looking for a person who is involved, knows how to take initiatives, supervise several files at once, and above all who likes to work as a team.
