**Descriptif du poste**:
Prochaine étape pour l'entreprise : s’imposer dans un marché en forte croissance, et c’est pour cela que nous recherchons un(e) Content Manager chargé(e) de donner forme à notre identité, notre marque et nos messages.

Tu auras un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Sales & Marketing, tu travailleras sous la supervision du CEO et en coordination avec la Growth Marketing Manager.

**Tes missions au quotidien**:
Tu as un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Marketing : à la source de tous les contenus publiés par l'entreprise, tu es celui qui donnera forme à notre identité, notre marque et nos messages

En tant que Content Manager au coeur de l'équipe marketing : tu auras un rôle transverse chez l'entreprise en échangeant régulièrement avec les autres équipes pour:

- Coordonner l’animation des réseaux sociaux
- Construire une ligne éditoriale et un calendrier éditorial pour nos newsletters et notre blog
- Rédiger des articles de blogs, des fiches pratiques, des livres blancs, des interviews
- Construire et maintenir des documents commerciaux (cas clients, présentations)
- Construire des documents de formations internes pour nos commerciaux
- Construire et maintenir des documents produits (fiches pratiques pour la base de connaissances, FAQ, tutoriels d’utilisation du produit)
- Mettre en place une veille de communication des concurrents et régulateurs (UE, autorité de la concurrence etc.)
- Mesurer l’impact des actions mises en place (Trafic, Conversion)

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu issu d’une formation BAC+5 - Journalisme, Communication, Etudes Littéraires, Sciences Po, Marketing (spécialisation contenu)
- Tu as 2 ans + d’expérience dans la création de contenu et marketing digitale (y compris stage, alternance, CDD)
- Tu écris bien. Vraiment bien
- Tu es créatif et rigoureux dans la conception d’un contenu et sa rédaction
- Ton orthographe est parfaite
- Tu es autonome mais tu aimes travailler en équipe
- Tu es rigoureux et organisé, tu sais définir des priorités, jongler entre les interlocuteurs, gérer des projets complexes
- Tu as des notions de référencement naturel et payant
- Tu sais utiliser un CRM comme Hubspot ou Salesforce.
- Anglais niveau professionnel obligatoire
- Bureau à Paris (espace fermé à Station F), télétravail possible

**Nice to have**:

- La maîtrise d’Hubspot
- Tu as une expérience en B2B
- Tu as une expérience en retail / e-commerce
- Tu as déjà travaillé en startup
