**Job Description**:
En lien direct avec le manager Category Planning Chocolats saisonniers, vous êtes en charge de la prévision de volume de chocolats pour les Noël & Pâques.

Votre rôle est clef afin de donner de la visibilité aux usines, ainsi que d’assurer un niveau de production optimale.

Vos missions:

- Chiffrage des potentielles innovations en collaboration avec le catégory manager et le marketing
- Construction avec le Category manager des business plan à destination de la DCN (Sales Front office)
- Planification des volumes à produire sur la campagne & ajustement en fonction des business plan
- Pilotage et reporting lors des instances supply chain.
- Pilotage & suivi du budget promotionnel sur la campagne
- Pilotage avec les différents service supply des volumes disponibles en livraison (coupes de volume, demande de volumes supplémentaires, décalages..)
