Regional Product Manager

- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:

- Document Product Applications through observational VOC (Voice of Customer) - particularly identifying what customer values and installation challenges/opportunities
- Collect and Document Market Intelligence in terms of:

- Competitive Intelligence - monitor and report on new product and other key activities of leading competitors; Assist global PMs in benchmarking products
- Market Pricing
- Market Share
- Identify New Product Development Opportunities to grow CADDY EU business:

- Tasked with submitting minimum of (2) new product ideas each year with a 5th year IR (incremental revenue) of $500K+
- Design and develop new product line extensions in collaboration with the Product Management Team
- Promote new products in EMEA and assist with new product launches - including initial sales calls
- Increase CADDY knowledge of EU customers (contractors) through direct interaction
- Expectation 20-30% of time in field with Customers
- Heavy Focus in Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Norway
- Create min. of (6) Application Battle Cards per year and coordinate roll out to Sales with Marketing and PM Leadership
- Actively work with cross functional team to develop new technical and marketing content
- Document (by country) relevant EMEA Codes and Standards
- Develop Matrix by country showing codes/approvals and position of leading competitors compared with CADDY
- Actively communicate with Sales Team, Product Managers and Engineers
- Support Sales Team and Customers on technical projects / questions
- Demonstrate nVent Win Right Values in all business interactions
- YOU HAVE:

- Product Management experience [3-5 years].
- Technical Background [Mechanical Engineering degree would be a plus].
- Skills:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Being proficient in a second language would be a plus (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
- Being a PM in CADDY means being able to handle a lot of different things at once and delivering
- You are a good communicator able to adapt easily to an international audience. You enjoy working as part of a team, and are also able to work autonomously demonstrating keen initiative. Your agile and analytical mind allows you to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously. This role is the perfect balance between a technical and a commercial position and will open the door for many opportunities within the company.
