Each geographical division is responsible for the administrative, accounting, and financial management of its area’s P&C and Life reinsurance portfolios. **Your objectives** - Ensure all administrative, accounting, and financial operations related to the management of reinsurance portfolios in compliance with procedures and deadlines - Contact for accounting and financial matters related to reinsurance portfolios of his/her scope **Your missions** - Process contractual data into the accounting system - Monitor, verify and process reinsurance accounts received from ceding companies in the dedicated IT system - Ensure consistency and conformity with the contractual terms and condition - Set up and send (retro)cession reinsurance accounts to the reinsurers/brokers - Ensure the management of settlements and the financial follow-up of third parties - Actively participate in department projects, particularly those related to the evolution and enhancement of reinsurance accounting and data exchanges tools (writing specifications, testing, users training ) **Votre profil**: **Your profile** - Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance concepts and 3-4 years of experience in an insurance/ reinsurance technical accounting department - Computer literate and good level in managing data in computer systems - Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems and make decision - Writing skills - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Autonomy, thoroughness, proactivity, good communication skills **You are joining a company**: - Responsible towards people, including its employees and clients, as well as the planet.
