Vp Parts and Supply Chain Management, Lifecycle Systems

As the** Vice President, Parts and Supply Chain Management**, in our Lifecycle Systems division, you will be responsbile for formalizing and executing the Business Unit's strategy with the Division President as well as the Business Unit P&L responsibility.
Additionally, you will also have the following specific responsibilities:
- Execute the Business Plan and deliver Business Unit targets.
- Ensure that Gross Margin and quality targets are reached on all types of deliveries, including spare parts, equipment, and Supply Chain management solutions.
- Oversee Sales for this unit in coordination with the LCS VP Sales.
- Develop and manage the organization.
- Continuously develop processes and tools, with a special focus on digitalizing the process.
- Develop relationships with Vendors, Subcontractors, and Partners in cooperation with other Divisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Management, Leadership & Strategic Thinking.
- Knowledge of ALMACO markets and ALMACO families of products.
- A good understanding of financials.
- Fluent English; Finnish/French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.
- A Customer Care mindset.
- Skills in delegating and organizing.
- Strong Sales & Communication skills.
