Data Collection Specialist, Lifecycle Service

As a **Data Collection Specialist**, in our Lifecyle Service Division, you will have the key responsabilities of preparing and executing data collection onboard as well as collecting manuals and technical information to update ALMACO databases.
Additionally, in this role, you will hold the following specific responsabilties:
- Train operative staff on board on digital tools
- Participate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc.)
- Participate in developing and implementing data and documentation collection methods in cooperation with Installed Base Specialist
- Possibly act as Maintenance Coordinator to support Order-to-Delivery phase of maintenance interventions (Purchasing, manning )
To be successful in this position, you need to have:
- Knowledge of ALMACO families of products
- Technical or Procurement skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English, Finnish/French a plus
- Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
- Knowledge of company quality system and processes
- Customer Care mindset
- Skills in organizing
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
