**Job Description**:
Dans le cadre de son dveloppement en France, Avigilon propose un poste de responsable commerciale sur le secteur IDFNord de la France pour accompagner sa croissance et renforcer les quipes ventes sur le territoire.
Rattache au directeur rgional des ventes d39;Avigilon France et au sein de l39;quipe commerciale France, lela responsable commerciale devra
Promouvoir et commercialiser les produits et services d39;Avigilon sur le territoire assign.
Identifier les principaux influenceurs du march de la surveillance sur le territoire et tablir des contacts avec eux.
Prospecter de nouvelles affaires en dveloppant des relations avec les dcideurs cls et clients finaux, comprendre et rpondre aux besoins des clients, suivre et rendre compte de l39;activit lie.
Sourcer, qualifier et grer les intgrateurs et VARs Value Added Resellers.
Soutenir les activits de vente d39;Avigilon sur le territoire attribu en crant, en entretenant et en rpondant aux opportunits de vente pour les produits et services d39;Avigilon.
Soutenir le directeur rgional des ventes France et le directeur principal des ventes Europe du Sud dans l39;tablissement des objectifs de vente trimestriels et annuels pour le territoire assign.
Effectuer des appels et rendez vous commerciaux, suivre les activits de vente l39;aide du logiciel de suivi des prospects et des projets.
Assister des salons professionnels et d39;autres vnements marketing.
Collaborer avec l39;quipe France, l39;quipe des ventes interne et avantvente.
Des dplacements frquents des fins professionnelles seront prvoir.
We are delighted to be expanding our sales presence in France and have a vacancy for an additional, experienced sales professional to join our successful team there.
Reporting to Avigilons Regional Sales Director France, the RSM Paris will
Promote and market Avigilons products and services within the assigned territory.
Identify key surveillance market influencers in the territory and establish contact with them.
Prospect new business by developing relationships with key decisionmakers, understand and respond to customer needs, track and report on account activity.
Source, qualify and manage Integrators and VARs Value Added Resellers.
Support Avigilons sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for Avigilons products and services.
Support the Regional Sales Director France and the Senior Sales Director South Europe in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities using lead and project tracking software databases.
Provide basic technical guidance and product training to partners and endusers to help them understand how to use our products.
Assist with the supervision of installations at enduser sites, especially for key accounts, to ensure proper commissioning of the system and satisfaction of customer expectations and requirements.
Attend tradeshows and other marketing events.
Participate in the development of training materials for our products.
Provide feedback about partner and enduser requirements to Avigilons other departments to help develop product improvements and new product releases.
