Territory Manager – Paris and East France CooperSurgical is hiring a Territory Manager for Paris and East France. This is a field-based role within the France sales team focusing on Medical Devices. The position reports to the Regional Business Manager South Europe and covers hospitals and private clinics, with emphasis on operating rooms and delivery suites. Key opportunity: support the transition of newly acquired products, establish and grow market presence, and assist with the launch of new products. Join a growing EMEA business unit expanding from the UK and help shape sales success and infrastructure for the region. Position As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities are to meet customers and drive sales growth within the gynecology and obstetrics portfolio. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders in private and public hospitals, with a focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. You will create a territory plan and execute activities to support sales targets and KPIs. You will identify business opportunities and implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, and able to work as part of a team. You will support colleagues and share knowledge to help everyone succeed. You will drive new product launches, acquire new customers, and act as the go-to person for KOLs and relevant stakeholders in Gynecology/Obstetrics and related specialties being added soon. Responsibilities Develop customer base and long-term relationships Grow sales through understanding market dynamics and customer needs Ensure communication, sales, and promotion of CooperSurgical Gynecology/Obstetrics products to relevant KOLs and stakeholders Drive stakeholder engagement and support decision-making in target accounts Qualifications Educational background: scientific degree, nurse, or clinical specialist 3–5 years of experience in field sales and operating room sales preferred Knowledge of gynecology and women’s health is desirable Structured, tactical, and goal-oriented approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen Stakeholder management, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Fluent in English and French Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
