Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les clients pour définir et exécuter une stratégie de croissance gagnante tant pour Mondelēz International que pour le client.

Vos missions

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités:

- Développer et conduire des relations étendues avec les clients à tous les niveaux, en mettant l'accent sur l'établissement de relations à un niveau approprié avec le client
- Exécuter la stratégie pour le client
- Assurer l’exécution du business plan commun
- Optimiser l’utilisation des ressources afin de dégager une rentabilité plus élevée des opérations

Profil et compétences
- Contact direct avec le client
- Augmentation des revenus et de la part de marché
- Obtention de résultats et résolution des problèmes
- Comprendre les multiples clients, les stratégies d'accès au marché, la structure et les pratiques commerciales
- Capacités de négociation et d’influence

En savoir plus sur ce poste
- Nous recherchons quelqu'un avec de l'expérience terrain et siège (Trade Marketing / Category management). Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience est requis.
- L'expérience dans l'industrie FMCG est un vrai plus.
- Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis.

Formation / Diplômes:

- Formation Bac +5
