What to Expect - Our Design and Construction Project Management teams at Tesla deliver services for new Tesla showrooms, service centers, delivery hubs, bodyshops and distribution centers across the region. You will manage and deliver individual projects either with a focus on design and/ or construction management, and work with the brightest people to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. What You’ll Do - Organize and manage pre construction and construction works, including but not limited to following responsibilities: Pre-Construction: - Align with Architect of Record to pre-identify required permit, Compliance Requirements, Electrical Upgrade Requirements and Procedures - Perform site visits to gain clear understanding of existing conditions. - Review all drawings with relevant parties at multiple stages of the project to ensure design feasibility, budget allocation, and time impact schedule. - Create, present and adjust a CAPEX budget for all projects; manage and track CAPEX budget thru-out the lifecycle of a project. - Coordinate with Procurement to arranges Bid Walks and Tendering Schedule. - Manage all RFI’s and perform a "Page Turn" with short listed bidder. Construction: - Manage General Contractor and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Design team etc.) - Document and Change Control - Responsible for reviewing/ approving all payment request from General Contractor - Ensure that Facility Maintenance has all required documents to manage the site after opening. - Regular site visits to different project sites across Central Europe are required What You’ll Bring - B.Sc. in Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Alternatively relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability - Experience in working on building, infrastructure, or MEP projects within Architecture/Engineering firms, preferably involved in various stages of the project lifecycle - Knowledge of construction project financial management concepts, such as budgeting, procurement, and change order management - Experience working with authorities and be able to build strong relationship with local jurisdictions - Ability to read REVIT, CAD drawings and BIM360 and plan sets - Fluency in English & French desirable. Positive, enthusiastic, fast learner, can-do mindset
