**Your contribution will be**
- Participating, with the Team Lead Communications, in the implementation of a press and events strategy to develop QUATRE PATTES' visibility in France
- Planning and monitoring press campaigns, in collaboration with the Team Lead Communications
- Drafting communication materials: press releases, press kits, and all types of media support for journalists and the public
- Designing offline and online events, taking into account financial and time constraints
- Acting as a point of reference during all stages of event implementation, both offline and online, ensuring that deadlines and contractual obligations are met
- Monitoring budgets, supplies and logistics for all events, Producing reports on events
- Enriching and maintaining a privileged media network
- Evaluating TV, radio and print media daily, as well as the AFP, in search of any media coverage of QUATRE PATTES actions, Producing a regular press review for QUATRE PATTES managers
- Suggesting areas for improvement in event and press communication plans, under the supervision of the Team Lead Communications
**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- Higher education in communication or journalism
- Relevant professional experience in the management of events and press relations for non-profits
- Proficient in French, writing, reading and speaking
- Advanced level in English, writing, reading and speaking
- Excellent written and oral expression, impeccable spelling
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, as well as great rigour and multi-skilling
- Proficient with MS-365 cloud-based package: Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Proficient with software such as Falcon, Canva, Adobe Pack, Wordpress and Capcut
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to react calmly and objectively in a crisis situation
- A keen eye for detail and a perfect knowledge of the latest press and event trends
- Ability to adapt and react quickly
- Ability to organise work time and prioritise tasks
