**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Within the Group,** **you will join Group Investment & Asset-Liability Management (“GIA”) department.**GIA role is to consolidate local investment decisions, leverage on financial expertise through the Group and steer investment ideas. The team works in close collaboration with AXA’s worldwide investment teams and top-tier investment managers, including AXA IM, to deploy capital across various asset classes.

Within this Department, **you will be part of the Group Investment Solutions team (“GIS”)**. GIS mission is to design, analyze, select, validate and coordinate deployment of investment & hedging solutions, mostly derivatives based, on the balance sheet of AXA insurance entities to optimize investments performance adjusted by risk, measured under economic, accounting and regulatory metrics.

To achieve such mission GIS is liaising with local investment teams, leading two centers of expertise (FX, Solutions & Overlays), and prioritizing solutions which are relevant for several entities to achieve significant impact on Group financial performance, being accountable to Group CIO and Group Investment Committee.

**Your job and daily missions**:
You are expected to contribute actively to the centers of expertise (CoEs) under GIS leadership, and play an active role in the oversight of trading activities. You will ensure regular production of reports and analysis (including but not limited to FX Reports, quarterly Capital efficiency reviews) and contribute to projects and the enhancement of tools used for monitoring exposures and assessing performance of the strategies. All these responsibilities require both deep understanding of technical aspects but also efficient coordination with key stakeholders.

To achieve your mission, you will be liaising with trading teams, investment banks, central teams (Group Risk Management, Accounting, Legal and Tax teams) and entities investment teams, contributing actively to two CoEs and taking leadership in to improve monitoring, KPIs and tools.

Job major challenges are the ability to:

- Produce reports and deliver presentations on complex topics with tight deadlines and in a volatile market environment.
- Have expertise on wide scope of disciplines: (i) derivatives and financial instruments, (ii) structuring, (iii) accounting.
- Coordinate with members of the 2 Centers of Expertise with (i) different levels of seniority, (ii) potentially different perspectives/constraints and (iii) different cultural backgrounds
- Contribute to various topics involving different expertise and large number of stakeholders
- Clearly communicate highly technical topics to Investment community at different forums

**Experience**:
The targeted background includes:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in cross-asset derivatives in investment banking, asset-management, or treasury departments
- Fluency in written and spoken English: a pre-requisite
