Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s tax strategy in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing the Group’s international tax strategy in alignment with our growth and expansion goals.
- Identifying and executing tax optimization opportunities in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Ensuring tax compliance across all jurisdictions where the Group operates.
- Supporting strategic operations such as M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
- Establishing robust processes and tools to ensure reliable tax management in a fast-growing context.
- Managing relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.
**Qualifications** Qualifications we’re looking for.**
- Advanced degree in Tax Law, Business Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in international taxation, ideally within the tech or retail sector.
- Strong expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and optimization.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, autonomy, and rigor.
- Fluent in English
