360 Communication Coordinator

**Kendo is looking for: 360 Communication Coordinator - Fenty Beauty By Rihanna & Fenty Skin**

**Direct report**: 360 Communication Manager - Fenty Beauty By Rihanna & Fenty Skin

**Missions**:

- **Creation and roll out of the EU organic influence strategy**
- Creation of the annual influencers and editors’ gifting timeline in partnership with the Associate Marketing Manager
- Approval of the influencers and editors’ gifting lists for each launch and market
- Creation of gifting guidelines for each launch to share with the PR agencies and Sephora Europe PR teams
- Follow-up of all gifting campaigns with the PR agencies and Sephora Europe PR teams
- Spotting of on-top organic influencer opportunities (ei: birthdays etc)
- Sourcing of emerging talents on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube and new platforms
- **Coordination of all PR and Influence actions in Europe with US teams, PR agencies and Sephora EU**
- Adaptation et diffusion of press assets to all countries for each launch
- Follow up of all requests done by PR agencies, Sephora EU teams (ei: product requests, asset requests, press requests etc)
- Stock and product orders management
- **Creation and roll out of all social media plans in partnership with Sephora SoMe teams**
- Creation and approval of the social media timelines for all launches with Sephora Central SoMe team
- Creation of social media toolboxes to share to all Sephora EU SoMe teams
- Spotting of extra social media opportunities to maximize brand visibility on Sephora SoMe accounts
- Weekly monitoring of new makeup/skincare/lifestyle/streetstyle brands and competitors’ marketing actions etc.
- **Production of strategic presentations and reports on all marketing actions**
- Participation to brand strategy brainstormings
- Creation of weekly, monthly, yearly brainstormings dedicated to US and EU internal teams
- Compilation of all PR agencies reporting and data analysis
- **Operational support on all press, influencer and consumer events**
- Participation to event concept brainstormings
- Coordination of suppliers involved in the event production
- Operational support on the event day: set up, guests management, content creation

**Profile**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Has a Bac+4 or +5 in Marketing/Communication
- Is **organized, meticulous and proactive**:

- Knows how to **work in a dynamic « start up » environment** and adapt to different situations and interlocutors
- Is social media savvy and **in touch with all trends** related to the beauty, fashion and pop culture, streetstyle trends

**Mandatory**: fluent in French and English + Power point savvy
