Introduction:
The Image Retail Coordinator is a pivotal member of the Image Department, responsible for ensuring the Maison's visual identity is articulated with absolute consistency across all global retail touchpoints. This role serves as a strategic link between the Image Department and Worldwide Retail Services, requiring sophisticated transversal collaboration to translate the Maison's creative vision into tangible retail environments.

Based within the Image Team, the Coordinator operates at the intersection of Retail and 360/Campaign functions, maintaining a global vision of store openings and pop-up timelines to ensure flawless execution through rigorous retro-planning.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lightboxes & Windows:

  • Define and disseminate comprehensive guidelines for lightboxes and image windows in alignment with collection launches.
  • Orchestrate detailed briefings for external agencies, Visual Merchandising (VM) teams, and 360 stakeholders globally (200+ points of sale).
  • Consolidate inputs from VM and 360 product teams to determine the precise allocation of visual assets for all retail displays.
  • Direct and monitor the operational lifecycle—from initial production to final installation—with a primary focus on the EMEA region, providing meticulous reporting to leadership.
  • Manage the financial administrative flow, including the tracking of international invoices and intra-company re-billing.

Hoardings:

  • Centralize worldwide briefs and associated budgets for upcoming boutique openings and temporary installations.
  • Facilitate the production of scale mock-ups to validate spatial zones, layouts, and overall aesthetic direction.
  • Prepare and audit high-resolution production files, ensuring strict adherence to the Maison's graphic standards and retail specifications.
  • Supervise delivery schedules and provide exhaustive status reports on project milestones.

Transversal Projects & Specialized Retail Channels:

  • Act as the dedicated Image Department referent for all Trade CRM initiatives and Wholesale network requirements.
  • Oversee the image implementation for temporary retail formats, including pop-ups and seasonal installations, ensuring brand alignment across all non-permanent locations.
  • Manage ad-hoc image requests for specialized retail activations, ensuring they remain cohesive with the global 360 strategy.

Profile
Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience & Language: 4+ years of professional experience in a coordination or production role within a Luxury Maison or a prestigious Creative Agency. Bilingualism: Fluency in English and French is mandatory. The candidate must be capable of negotiating and presenting with nuance in both languages. Technical & Professional Skills: Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for complex data management and budgetary tracking; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to verify technical specifications, layout integrity, and file readiness. Supplier Management: Exceptional ability to interface with external partners and specialized vendors with unwavering professionalism and the level of demand required by a Maison de Couture. Print & Production Expertise: Thorough understanding of high-end printing processes and material substrates, ensuring the transition from digital asset to physical installation is executed with technical excellence. Core Competencies: Visual Acuity: A highly developed aesthetic sensitivity and an intuitive understanding of the Maison's codes, ensuring all visual outputs meet the required level of refinement. Exacting Standards: A meticulous approach to work, characterized by precision and intellectual rigor in the handling of brand assets. Cross-Functional Diplomacy: The ability to navigate complex organizational structures, balancing the aesthetic imperatives of the Image Team with the operational requirements of Retail. Operational Agility: Proven resilience and composure when managing shifting priorities and demanding timelines within a fast-paced environment.
