You join the “Operational Risks” team as a Risk Manager.
On a daily basis, your duties are to:
- Collaborate with other departments to propose recommendations and follow up on actions validated in the Operational Risk Committee;
- In-depth analysis of operational incidents and monitoring potential compensation;
- Issuing recommendations and reporting incidents in the Group incident database;
- Analyze operational risks by identifying process failures and assess associated DMR;
- Work with internal and external departments to control risks (customers, service providers, etc.) ;
- Develop risk reports for the General Management and facilitate operational risk monitoring meetings.
As a Risk Manager, you contribute to the spread of the “Risk culture” within Ostrum.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in operational risk functions, audit or controls in asset management or BFI.
You are in control
- financial products and risk analysis techniques;
- techniques for identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks;
- processes (Front, Middle, Back );
- the regulations applicable to asset management.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Rigorous and responsive;
- Appreciated for your sense of organization and priorities.
You master English with a B2 level.
