Nous recherchons notre futur(e)** Operations Manager** chez Bridge

Membre de l'équipe Opérations en tant qu'Operations Manager, tu rapportes directement au Chief Operation Officer et tu es un élément essentiel de la performance opérationnelle de la société.

**Quelles seront tes missions plus précisément ?**
- Tu épaules le COO dans l'exécution opérationnelle du plan stratégique de Bridge (formalisation de la roadmap globale, adéquation des ressources, sourcing des besoins )
- Tu aides les équipes opérationnelles dans l'optimisation de leur fonctionnement / process (sourcing des besoins, identification des challenges et points de blocages, définition des process d'optimisation )
- Enfin, tu contribues à la production de supports synthétiques et concis pour partage interne et externe (notamment pour le Board)

**Profil recherché**
- tu as 2-3 ans d'expérience professionnelle
- tu es synthétique et concis(e)
- tu as un excellent relationnel et est capable de mener des projets transverses avec des équipes autant tech que business
- tu as un état d'esprit entrepreneurial (créatif et humble)

**En bonus**:

- une expérience dans le secteur tech / Saas
- une expérience dans un cabinet de conseil

**Processus de recrutement**

- Un premier call avec Alexis (COO)
- Un deuxième call avec Audrey (Account Manager)
- Un cas pratique en conditions (presque) réelles avec Alexis (COO), Nicolas (Chief Product Officer) et Arnaud (Head of Customer)
