Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un.e Product Manager Senior Identity Access bilingue.
Vous rejoindrez la squad IDENTITY ACCESS. Cette squad est composée aujourd?hui de 2 experts IAM, 2 product manager, un QA, 3 experts support, un Engineering Manager, un Group Product Manager et un Scrum Master.
**En tant que Product Manager, votre rôle consiste à**:
? Imaginer et réaliser la trajectoire des produits de la squad dans la construction de nouveaux usages
? Accompagner la vision globale de l?IAM sur base d?une discovery user, market, tech et corporate
? Définir avec toutes les parties prenantes la feuille de route à court et moyen terme des fonctionnalités attendus pour l?IAM
? Imaginer, concevoir et prioriser avec la squad de nouvelles fonctionnalités innovantes et faire évoluer les fonctionnalités existantes afin d'élargir l?adoption du produit
? Co-Construire et animer avec la squad les futures OKR et en assurer le pilotage avec le Group Product Manager et le Engineering Manager
? Animer et piloter le budget de votre produit
? Raffiner les initiatives produit afin de rédiger les epics et user stories qui constitueront la backlog de la squad
? Constituer des sprints qui permettront de livrer de manière incrémentale et sur des périodes courtes de la valeur exploitable par les utilisateurs du produit
? Construire une communauté d?utilisateurs afin de collecter leurs feedbacks et anticiper leurs besoins futurs
? Accompagner les autres Product Manager du périmètre dans la réussite sur leur challenge (partage de bonnes pratiques, accompagnement sur des méthodes, ?).
? Avoir une première expérience dans un environnement IAM, c?est un vrai plus
? Être reconnu pour son leadership et son sens de la priorisation
? Fort sens de pédagogie, collaboration et travail en équipe
? Expert dans les différents framework Agile
? A l?aise pour comprendre et s?exprimer en anglais
