YOUR ROLE
Under the direct leadership of its CEO, Rodolphe Saadé, CMA CGM has been accelerating the transformation of its business lines in artificial intelligence (AI) for several months. The group has invested in Kyutai, an AI laboratory, as well as in numerous startups (Mistral, Poolside, etc.) and has recently entered into a significant partnership with Google.
To support this transformation, a department dedicated to innovation, AI, and digital transformation was created in March. This department reports directly to the CEO and is led by Séverine Grégoire, Head of AI Department.
The purpose of this role is to support all the Group's business lines—maritime transport, logistics, and media—in defining, managing, and driving their AI transformation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Support the Group’s business lines in defining and executing their AI roadmaps, identifying use cases, and determining associated success criteria.
Drive AI transformation within the business lines by sourcing, defining, and ensuring the adoption of AI products, organizing initiatives through the Group's incubator, Zebox, or its center of excellence, Tangram.
**Define and analyze products**: Based on business needs, contribute to product definition, solution identification (startups, existing solutions, internal development), and the creation of a business case (ROI, scope, impact) in close collaboration with the business teams.
Oversee and structure AI projects by defining the necessary technical frameworks, architectures, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
Gather project updates from transformation leads for various management follow-up meetings.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experienced profiles with 3 to 7 years of experience, ideally in the AI or IT sector.
Experience in consulting (strategy, transformation, IT) or in managing transformation projects (IT, AI, digital, data) is appreciated.
Ability to work autonomously on deliverables and manage end-to-end projects by engaging the required stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, rigor, and excellent communication abilities.
