As a **Junior Technical Project Manager**, you’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to help coordinate and deliver key technical projects. You’ll contribute to initiatives like improving our search engine, enhancing the user experience, and launching new features.

You will be **mentored by senior team members** and gradually take on more responsibilities, with opportunities to learn project management best practices, technical concepts, and agile development processes. If things go well, this internship (or alternance) can lead to a full-time role.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination Support**
- Assist in defining the scope and objectives of technical projects
- Help write functional and technical documentation
- Monitor project timelines and update task trackers
- Support QA and testing efforts to ensure high-quality delivery

**Team Collaboration**
- Participate in daily standups and planning meetings with developers, designers, and product managers
- Help facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
- Take notes, follow up on tasks, and ensure action points are carried out

**Process Improvement**
- Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows and processes
- Suggest improvements based on observations and data
- Stay curious about industry trends and new tools (especially in AI, automation, and productivity)

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience
- Final year student in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Seeking a 4- to 6-month internship or a one year alternance

**Skills**:

- Strong interest in technology and digital project management
- Good understanding of web development principles (e.g., APIs, frontend/backend basics)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and curious
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
