**About the team \uD83D\uDC6B**

Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advices and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

This new position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris.

**What you'll do ✏️**:

- Assist the legal and privacy team to manage traceability and visibility of requests in contract management tools (once implemented) and any other required tools and if needed help to the implementation
- ** Legal Activity Monitoring**: Manage legal and privacy requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and report on the activities and performance of the team.
- ** Manage Legal Repositories**: Draft with the team members contractual models and update them in collaboration with internal and external teams
- ** Projects and Process Optimization**: Collaborate with Business Operations to help improve the legal department processes and tools.
- Centralize legal guidelines,
- Optimization of the internal and external communication of legal and privacy department
- Optimization and automatisation of certain tasks using digital tools and process
- Report on the activity and performance of the team
- Help to implement policies, maintain knowledge resources, develop contract best practices, process improvement, and conduct related training

**\uD83D\uDCAA About you**:

- Business and contract law Master or interest for legal matters
- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Ops
- Experience in collaborating with the sales team at a global level (US, EMEA, APAC zones)
- experience as a project manager, capable of developing roadmaps respecting deadlines
- experience in change management, supporting the legal and privacy team in implementing new projects;
- Great team spirit and leadership skills: you are rigorous, proactive
- Excellent communication and listening skills to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Team spirit, willing to help
- Respect confidentiality
- Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken)
