We are seeking a **Team Lead workplace** to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our computing environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of a parc consisting of Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu Linux machines, as well as managing Office 365, Intune, Defender, and Zscaler.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the reliable operation of a parc consisting of Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu Linux machines, including software and hardware maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Intune, including device management, policy enforcement, and app deployment.
- Manage Defender, including endpoint protection, antivirus, and threat detection.
- Manage Zscaler, including web filtering, threat protection, and VPN access.
- Oversee IT inventory management, including procurement, installation, and disposal of hardware and software assets.
- Develop and maintain workplace policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage and train a team of support personnel.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in workplace management, including experience managing Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu Linux machines.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team of support personnel.
- Experience with IT inventory management and procurement.
- Knowledge of security policies and regulations.
- Experience with Intune, Defender, and Zscaler preferred.

Regular travel to Paris is required
