**Job Description** What you will do**:

- Manage the cross-functional project portfolio (excluding public-facing products): structure, budget tracking, and governance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of internal tools / projects (Finance, HR, legal, Data, Cybersecurity, AI ) in coordination with IT and business teams.
- Align Business and IT roadmaps with strategic priorities set.
- Ensure the implementation and enforcement of the Data Policy across tools, processes, and Corporate IT projects.
- Improve project management methodologies and tools, ensuring data quality and proper documentation.
- Drive change management: project communication, user training, post-launch support, and PM community engagement.

**Qualifications** This role is excellent for a person with**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a PMO, business analyst or functional consultant.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project portfolios, budgets, governance structures, and cross-department initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with project methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and tools like Jira, Confluence, A strong foundation in data governance, with the capacity to define, update, and ensure the execution of a Data Policy.
- A proven track record of optimizing processes and improving team productivity, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Solid experience in change management, including user engagement, communication, and post-implementation support.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders.
- Full proficiency in both French and English.
