You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- _
In charge of building omnichannel strategy on a make up brands portfolio and coordinating its implementation among EME region (17 countries)_
- _
Monitoring of budget, assortments, merchandising updates, forecasting, stocks and sales analysis_
- _
Definition of 360 Marketing plans for key launches: media and social media, trade marketing, estore, CRM, training, sampling_
- _
Close partnership with brands on their strategy, products developments and discussion of commercial terms (marketing investments, NIP, purchase prices, returns, space allocation, promotional means)_
- _
Launch of new brands to cover white spots in our assortment and strengthen SEPHORA’s leadership on the category, business plan elaboration and coordination of the full omnichannel launch._
- _Assortment optimization, rationalization of portfolioand budget follow up_
- _
Definition of category priorities and roadmap on all touch points in close collaboration with internal departments_
- _Management of transversal projects & coordination with US team._
- _
Management of a team of 4-5 people_
- _10/15 years of experience in marketing_
- _Strong educational foundation from a business school or university_
- _Cross-functional management experience, ideally in an international context (fluent English)_
- _Ability to have an overall and strategic vision while delivering excellent execution (details, speed, thoroughness)_
- _Analytics skills _
- Prior leadership experience in leading teams effectively
- Solution-driven & agile mindset; excellent ability to build relationships
- _Product mindset oriented _
- _Outstanding communication skills; high level of creativity, independence_
- _Demonstrates collaborative ways of working_
