QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?

Rattaché.e au Directeur des Opérations Commerciales internationales, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes:

- Assurer la prévision des besoins de produits à moyen et long terme
- Contribuer à la négociation des contrats de ventes finaux avec les clients dans le respect de la stratégie et de la politique commerciale
- Contribuer aux lancements de produits suite au lancement de gammes de produits
- Coordonner avec la Direction des Affaires Réglementaires les besoins d'enregistrement de produits (PMT : Plan Moyen Terme)
- Coordonner les actions opérationnelles avec les Services Clients et les Distributeurs pour augmenter les ventes par client et déceler les opportunités
- Développer et assurer la mise en œuvre du business plan par ligne de produits
- Etablir et développer les relations professionnelles avec les parties prenantes (professionnels de santé, leaders d'opinion, sociétés savantes...)
- Etendre et promouvoir l'image du LFB par l'intermédiaire de partenaires extérieurs
- Mettre en œuvre et suivre la stratégie promotionnelle sur son périmètre (priorités produits, suivi budgétaire, respect des réglementations)
- Participer à la construction du plan stratégique à moyen terme et au PLT avec l’équipe du global marketing
- Proposer les objectifs de ventes en lien avec la stratégie commerciale, l’allocation des produits et la politique tarifaire
- Transférer les savoir-faire entre les pays de la zone

QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?

De formation supérieure scientifique (Bac +5), vous avez une double compétence en marketing/commerce, vous possédez au moins 4 ans d’expérience et possédez les compétences suivantes:

- Forte capacité de négociation
- Capacité à travailler en transversal et en mode projet
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, leadership, proactivité, persévérance
- Anglais courant impératif
- La maitrise d’une autre langue serait un plus (espagnol, arabe, turc, indien, chinois)
